You have 14 days after receiving your order to ask for return instructions from our Customer Service Team.
Before returning your purchase, please note the following.
Exchange is not possible: if you need a substitution, please return the item and place a new order
The shipping costs for the return will be at your expense unless you have received a defective item or the wrong item. Returns must be shipped to Falc SpA’s warehouse in New Hampshire (USA). Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN
To start a return, please get in touch with our Customer Service.
Our Team will be pleased to provide you with detailed instructions and the return label.
Please fill in the Return Form you received with your order and place it in the package. Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible and glue the return label with the address of Falc SpA US on the package you are shipping.
You are free to choose a carrier, since shipping costs are at your expense for the return. When making the shipment, keep the receipt and the tracking number: they could be useful in case of delayed delivery.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund them. Return must be delivered to Falc SpA’s warehouse in the USA within 30 days from the receiving date of the order.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item, please get in touch with our Customer Service as soon as possible. You will be asked for pictures and then, after a positive evaluation, we will offer you free return. A new shipment will be made to deliver your order as fast as possible.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse.
When we receive your parcel, we will check the goods for damage, wear and that the seal, label and box have not been removed or damaged.
Once this check has been carried out, we will refund the items. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the items.
You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
